Leave the city behind for the deep Hoi An coconut jungle. We’ll navigate away from the shallow river to a wide, hidden lake where the water is deep and the air is fresh. With a real fishing rod and all bait and tackle included (though you are welcome to bring your own gear), you’ll spend the morning hunting for strong Catfish (2-5 kg). This experience is perfect for beginners. Even if you have never held a rod, our local guides make it easy and fun to land a big catch that is actually worth keeping for your meal. As the sun gets high, retreat to the shade for a "Catch & Cook" lunch. Watch as your catfish and a variety of BBQ favorites are grilled over charcoal, then sit back with a cold drink and enjoy an authentic feast you earned yourself. The "Catch & Cook" BBQ Menu: * The Main Event: Your fresh Catfish (2–5 kg) grilled with local spices. * BBQ Pork Skewers: Marinated in lemongrass and honey. * Grilled Corn on the Cob: Brushed with scallion oil. * Jungle Wings: Crispy chicken wings grilled over charcoal. * Grilled Baguette: Served warm with garlic butter. * Fresh Garden Salad: To keep things light and crunchy. * Dipping Sauces: Spicy chili salt and sweet-and-sour BBQ sauce. * Drinks: Ice-cold local beer and fresh coconut water straight from the tree.
